Bookcase

The Giotto bookcase complements the kitchen and living area with open compartments and hinged doors. Available in melamine or laminate, in all colours within the respective Dibiesse ranges, it can match the kitchen finishes or introduce contrasting combinations.

Giotto can furnish a wall, extend above kitchen base units or living room cabinets, sit alongside tall units, or complete the end of an island or peninsula.

Designers can use it to create a full-wall composition or add open shelving at a specific point in the layout. Cookbooks, tableware and decorative objects can be kept within easy reach, including near kitchen work areas.

The bookcase must be secured to a wall. It cannot be installed as a wall-hung unit or used as a room divider.

The Giotto bookcase consists of modules in widths of 30, 45, 60 and 75 cm, with a depth of 33 cm and a maximum height of 270 cm. The shelves are fixed.

The final module can be made to measure to fit the available space. The uppermost compartment must remain open at the top, without a top panel.

At least one back panel must be included in the composition.

OPEN COMPARTMENTS AND HINGED DOORS

The composition can combine open compartments with closed compartments fitted with hinged doors up to 72 cm high, allowing some objects to be displayed and others to be stored out of sight.

The doors can match the bookcase structure or feature different colours to highlight selected sections. Back panels can also match the main finish or provide a contrast, drawing attention to the objects displayed in the open compartments.
