CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DOORS
FRAMED DOOR IN BLACK BRUSHED ANODIZED ALUMINIUM
Frame in brushed black lacquered aluminium, with or without fitted handle. To be completed with the following finishes: WOOD: class E1 MDF panels with oak, elm or Canaletto walnut veneer, vertical grain, thickness 6 mm. MATT OR GLOSSY LACQUER: class E1 (low formaldehyde content) MDF panels with a matt or glossy brushed polyester lacquered finish, thickness 6 mm. FENIX NTM: class E1 wood fibre panel coated with high pressure heat laminated material treated using nanotechnology, thickness 7 mm. LAMINAM: Porcelain stoneware surface, thickness 3 mm. GLASS: glass finished with a clear or etched safety film, thickness 4 mm. NATURAL CEMENT: class E1 MDF panels coated with a mixture of quartz and acrylic copolymers in a water emulsion (strictly water-based product) and with surface protection made of two-component acrylic-polyurethane paint (strictly water-based product), thickness 5 mm. STREAM: class E1 MDF coated with acrylic resins in a water emulsion, organic and inorganic pigments, metallic pigments (strictly water-based product). The surface protection is made using two-component
acrylic-polyurethane paint (strictly water-based product), thickness 5 mm. BURNISHED METAL: class E1 MDF panels coated with brushed and liquid spray-painted aluminium, 10/10 thick, thickness 6 mm. CLAY: basic material: Mixture of clay, quartz and acrylic copolymers in water emulsion (produced strictly with water). The product, in the form of a paste, is spread out and shaped manually in several stages. Surface protection material: polyurethane resin (produced strictly with water).
To guarantee suitability for domestic use, the surface is hardened and made appropriately water- and oil-repellent by applying several coats of water-based resin.
ANODYC LACQUERED: Each door with this finish is entirely handmade. The final product is the result of an 8-step process and the use of innovative paints.
The back of all materials is covered with a sheet of black hpl laminate 0,9 mm thick. Finished door measures 22 mm thick. The handle protrudes by 2 cm with respect to the door profile.
