100% Clean Energy

100% Clean Energy

“The future depends on what we do today.” Mahatma Gandhi

Sustainability is an important term, laden with responsibility and conscious decisions.

What does environmental sustainability mean? It is a condition in which this generation meets its needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs.

The future is not a goal, but a responsibility to be shared and communicated.

Dibiesse has always been at the forefront when it comes to the concept of environmental sustainability. The area that surrounds us, and that has embraced our headquarters from the very beginning, is a continuous succession of rolling hills whose colours mark the changing of the seasons.

You are breathing nature even before you enter the company.

This is one of our many ties to the community and to the area, which have led us always to seek out environmentally conscious choices, opting for procurement that could reduce the potential long-term impact of our organisation.

The concept of sustainability is in Dibiesse DNA, a commitment that began back in 2008 with the renovation of the production area.

This allowed us to make the production line more efficient as well as review consumption, measuring it and asking ourselves what impact it might have on the environment.

In this phase of industrial redevelopment, sustainability was of paramount importance in burdening environment and people as little as possible, making the workplace safer and being a new model from the perspective of environmental sustainability.

Acquiring new technologies has allowed us to reduce impact in terms of both pollution and productivity, while also ensuring sustainability and safety for operators.

We then asked ourselves what the “daily consumption” was for the environment.

This question has actively stimulated us to search for new energy suppliers that can support our desire to be even greener and pollute our beloved area less.

We obtained important recognition just a few days ago, a clear statement that our choices have zero impact on the environment, because our production cycle works using energy from renewable sources.

This certificate, from DOLOMITI ENERGIA, demonstrates our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.

DOLOMITI ENERGIA “CLEAN ENERGY”

Along its path of growth and development, Dibiesse has chosen a new energy procurement source as eco-friendly and close to zero-impact as possible: we have chosen to use energy from renewable sources, helping to improve the environment we live in and ensure a better future for the coming generations.

Producing one kilowatt-hour of electricity means burning fossil fuels

and therefore emitting significant quantities of CO₂ into the atmosphere.

Producing clean energy avoids the emission of CO₂ into the atmosphere.

“100 % Energia Pulita Dolomiti Energia” means that Dibiesse has avoided 195,1378 tonnes of CO2

Translation:

WE CHOOSE TO RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT!

Producing one kilowatt-hour of electricity means burning fossil fuels and therefore emitting significant quantities of CO₂ into the atmosphere.

Producing clean energy avoids the emission of CO₂ into the atmosphere.

Thank you for choosing to use energy from renewable sources: you are helping to improve the environment we live in and ensure a better future for the coming generations.

THE ENERGY FROM OUR DOLOMITES

100% Energia Pulita Dolomiti Energia means using the power that nature offers us, all energy from renewable sources with origin tracked and guaranteed by the Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (Energy Services Manager) through GOs.

That means 100%-Italian energy from producer to consumer.

GUARANTEEING ENERGY ORIGIN

100% Energia Pulita Dolomiti Energia means only Italian energy with origin tracked by the Gestore del Sistema Elettrico (Electrical System Manager), an independent third-party body that guarantees energy origin by issuing specific instruments (Guarantees of Origin). Cancellation of the certificates thus demonstrates energy supply from plants powered by renewable sources.
